Two years ago I took this fern leaf with me from an inspiration trip to Indonesia. For a long time I had it hanging as a dried flower in various places in our home, but I wanted to keep it forever.

We got to work with crafted paper with a painted surface on it and then we carefully burned in the fern with a laser.
